Take number one out and it is a great place. But I 95 down to that area is just so miserable.

Went to a birthday dinner in downtown Fredericksburg, coming from Arlington, took almost 3 hours. Truly miserable.

I think Fredericksburg is a great place to live, even if it isn't a great place to commute to.

If you don’t have to go north on I-95 it’s great. Plus, don’t forget there’s also a Wegmans there too along with Publix now.

I think it's definitely great for Central VA, but it's quickly becoming another "NOVA/Gentrified" kinda place. I

Cook Out? I've eaten at two in NC now and both were horrible. Especially the tasteless burgers.
