We are planning to buy CARRIAGE HOMES of tollbrothers at louden valley ashburn VA. Anyone having any good/bad exp with them?? How do they work on bargaining,free upgrades and while signing contract?BTW how is the community ?

We looked into buying one of those carriage homes last year but decided not to, in our opinion they were highly overpriced (dont know if they've come down this year). Anyways, last time we looked 3 of them were listed online for short sales, they must have been sold by now. I would suggest finding out how much they got sold for and then do comparison shopping.

I agree. We looked at those type carrage homes as well. There were so many single family houses on the market for so cheap, that it does not even warrant buying carraige.
