Avalon Crescent is a rental complex. Mostly temporary folks moving in or moving out of the area. Renters seemed pretty nice...met a few walking the dogs.

I was looking at Avalon Crescent as well. Husband wants a big dog, and they take big dogs. I would love anyone else's opinion on the complex - I heard the walls are thin. But for a loft with a garage, I think I can live with that
