McLean Bible has many, many, programs for all ages. Their youth program is very strong with lots of different activities. The kids have a ball. They also have lots of bible classes, both on campus and at people's homes. The Pastor at McLean bible, Lon Solomon, is fabulous, one of the best preachers you will ever hear. Dr. Solomon is Jewish and says so! He was also a drug dealer.

McLean bible seems to have mostly contemporary services, with bands and such. I don't think they lift hands but I must admit that I don't know what means.

Lifting hands is what many people do during worship. It is seen in most Pentecostal and charismatic churches, but increasingly in many other churches too today.
