Whenever folks say they will be at the Pentagon, I always suggest our neighborhood in Burke, Virginia. The VRE Station is directly across the street. And there is a pentagon shuttle bus that stops at the entrance to our neighborhood. No traffic worries. No parking issues. Burke is very safe. Very family oriented.

Your toddler would love it! There are tons of kids. We have a neighborhood pool, walking trails, playgrounds....

I know of a house that will be available in your price range in our neighborhood. It will be available July 1st. DM me if you're interested and I'll give you the details. It isn't even listed yet, but houses get snatched up quick in this neighborhood. The owners are military and are stationed overseas. If you're interested, I can put you in touch with them.

You will be so much happier closer in. Really consider looking at Arlington. You'll be so close to work, lots of young people, so many amenities nearby and just minutes from the city.

Woodbridge is kind of a rough area. Many American cities (New York, DC, Chicago, Boston) are going "Parisification" -- the center cities are becoming nicer and the suburbs are getting rough, much like the city of Paris.
