My next door neighbor down on the Bay has eight shedding tanks on his pier.

Peelers are really labor intensive....you gotta check 'em every 3 hours, 24/7. As soon as they molt, you have to get 'em out of the water right now, or they start to ossify immediately.

Me and the neighbor knock back a lot of brewskis tending the tanks....with out the beer, it'd be like watching paint dry! LOl

Buy those Maine Ave soft crabs....some of them have been touched by yours truly!

I could bring you some, seattle, you know how to cook 'em?

The photo is from Malaysia, the crabs are softshell. There were some clams thrown in there.
