Hey there, thanks for the compliment. And to everyone, I know I have only been here 2 months, but I have not experienced ANY racism yet. Quite the contrary. People I have met have been super nice, always smile and say hi, and I haven't experienced anything unpleasant just because I am white. I am happy to say that so far my hawaiian experience has been a good one, to the point where I could see myself here for awhile.
Also I am not against hanging out with local boys either. They just need to be in shape. And I would love some local girlfriends, who better to show you around and get to know the island and the culture. All in all, I have found Oahu to be a friendly and welcoming place and the island has been agreeing with me.

Hey, I'll be your friend! I'm always looking for new friends. If you like to have Tea there are a few ladies (most affiliated with the Military) who meet monthly just to hang out. If you are interested PM me; we'll be meeting on the 18th of December.

Melanie

For instance, which beaches do they frequent, what bars and clubs? What sports bars? I love the military and would like to meet a few to hang out with. I'm a relatively attractive and single female and love to do tons of stuff outdoors. I know there has to be some guys looking for female friends, or girlfriends. Can anyone help me?

Thanks!!!
Have you had any luck yet?

I was stationed at Pearl Harbor from 2005-08 when I was in the Navy and used to hit up Waikiki almost every weekend I was off.

The places you want to go are all pretty much in Waikiki and for what you want you should hit up bars/clubs like Moose Mcgillycuddys, Kelly O'neills, Level 4, Red Lion, Lulu's, Maddogs (not sure if that's still open), and if you like country try Nashvilles. I little up scale you would try Zanza Bar and maybe Club Pearl in Ala Moana.

There are also a few places in Chinatown like Pipeline Cafe and Murphys too.

The Hideaway is full of coasties but that's in Kapolei near Barbers Point (behind Kaleola housing development).

Hey,

I have had some luck, but usually I hang out with my brother's friends and have not had any luck with guys my brother doesnt know to hang out with, haha. I have checked out almost all those bars and I LOVE Nashville's. I haven't done much in Chinatown yet, mostly just because it seems sooo dirty.
