Can someone help me find a pet friendly rental property? I see no postings on rent.com and so far craigslist has just resulted in scams. I am really looking for something in Waikiki or downtown.

Thank you in advance!

I believe the Napili Towers in Waikiki accepts pets. I think it accepts one dog or one cat. What I am not sure is if there is a weight limit.

They are out there. You just have to start scanning Craigslist to see when the good one's show up. The one's that are always there, like ANYTHING by Cirrus Asset Management (Including Napili Towers) is pretty much always listed. They charge $25 /pet per month additional rent.

I rented from them when we first moved here, they are not a bad starting point, but I wouldn't rent from them again unless I had to, or if it was a short lease to give me time to find something better. I paid their local office the last month's rent and lease breaking fee, and their California headquarters sent me to collections because the one hand didn't communicate to the other. Not cool. They did pull the collection agency off my back and fixed things, but they didn't need to go there in the first place had the local office let them know I paid in full long before the deadline.

At $25 per week for use of their service, I would be interested to see just how many MORE properties are listed than what we can find on our own. *Skeptical*
