That would be really good news for Waikiki. I suspect the new International Market Place will revitalize the area much like Beachwalk/Lewers did for that area.

I just remembered one of the tackiest things they had in IMP over the last few years. They had a pond liner and about a foot of water. They'd charge people to get into a plastic ball inflated by a yard blower and then you'd spin yourself silly in the water corral. I've seen better setups at county fairs.

Your correct it will revitalize the area. Some one will make a big chunk of money off of it.
