Best way to land a job on Oahu?

Yup, unless you're related to someone, being known is the next best thing.

At the moment, there's supposed to be jobs available for anyone who wants them they say. Not sure how true it is, but they had something on the news about a big hiring fair on Oahu. Honolulu shipyards is hiring and they're allowing the folks at the hiring fair to actually hire folks on the spot, they said. This was the evening news, KMGB, I think it was. There'd be something on their website about it if you wanted details, no doubt.

Last Job: Parsley Farm
Reason for separation: they kept garnishing my wages.

Prior Job: Human Cannonball at Ringling bros. Circus ( they were looking for a man of my Caliber)
Reason for Separation: Concussion.

Prior Job: Elephant circumciser @ Ringling brothers Circus.
Reason for separation: circus discontinued use of Elephants for entertainment due to Animal Rights group pressure.

For what it is worth, it was a pretty good job, circumscizing Pachyderms...

Pay was minimum wage..

But the Tips were HUGE
