retired military living in hawaii (oahu)

Wondered if anyone knew of someone, or had done so themselves, Space 'A' travel into the island military
as retired, to/from mainland or elsewhere in the Pacific ? Low priority but ....

If you look in the upper left corner of any post here, you can see when it was posted. The one you replied to is 3 years old. And if you click on the poster's name you can see when they were last active here. In this case Balad1 one hasn't participated for about 2 years. So it's unlikely you'll get a personal response from Balad1. But I'm sure others here can help answer your questions.

Thanks for the feedback OpenD. I am new to this website and very curious to find out if would manage to live in Oahu on disability check. All my kids are grown ups now, just me and my retired navyman of 43yrs. I was thinking it would benefit him if we live in Oahu with his condition, he is a Vietnam Vet. Thanks again. I will try to read more to find out.

Yes. We go back and forth from San Diego to Oahu each year, and try for Space A.

The bottom line is that to and from the mainland, when school is out, and over Christmas, it is next to impossible. Other times, it works if you are very patient.

To places like Guam and Japan and New Zealand, it has worked well for us.
