I love Chagrin Falls!

Also, I like college towns like Yellow Springs. A few others.

Chagrin Falls has several distinctive events, including the new Huge Mungus popcorn ball drop on New Year's Eve.

The pumpkin roll:

An annual documentary film festival:

Balloon Glow:

And it has the very good South Chagrin Reservation of the Cleveland Metroparks.

Plus the attractions of Cleveland, Lake County and Geauga County are easily convenient. It's also a short drive to northern Ohio's upscale shopping mecca of Beachwood Place and Legacy Village as well as Eton Chagrin Boulevard.

It looks nice. I’m originally from NE Ohio but have been away for 30 years and I’m only somewhat familiar with Chagrin Falls. The housing costs look very reasonable, but I’ll take a closer look later.

In the middle of nowhere with at least 20 acres. I miss my rolling hills and mountains though. I am from Pittsburgh Pa, moved to St. Marys Ohio in 2012. Do I regret it no I do not. I hated city life dealing with it for 34 years and now living in a slower paced environment. Working at a good job that pays me good.
