Hi all, my husband and I just spent several days touring rental houses in OKC and narrowed it down to a house a few blocks from Earlywine Park (nearest major intersection is S May Ave and SW 104th St) and a place in the Mayfield neighborhood (N May Ave and NW 48th St). Is anyone familiar with these neighborhoods and could comment on how nice they are or aren’t to live in? We like the location of Mayfield better for how central it is, but the Earlywine house is nicer, the neighborhood seems more pleasant to walk around, and the location is great in terms of proximity to Earlywine Park for my toddler and the pool there. Although Mayfield is a short drive to Will Rogers Park. I’ll have a toddler and newborn, so will be pretty housebound for a while and it’ll be helpful to have parks, restaurants, and groceries close by.

Thanks in advance for any insights!

Julia
