When you bought the home, did they disclose everything that had happened to it? I'm sure once you bought, it had been completely redone. I actually took pictures of the damage to send to the former sales assoc here. You may or may not be interested in seeing them- send me a private message if you are.
I see the cars parked out all the time down there as well and wonder too...it's a shame that so much vandalism has happened here b/c it really is a nice neighborhood for young families and retirees.
Yeah, we knew about the break in. The three cars out in the street during the day are all ours; the ones at night are the ones I meant.

You might be thinking of our neighbors to the north that are older and have a grandson. I am a student at Francis Tuttle, living with my parents still; perhaps you saw my mom and little brother.

The neighborhood does seem like it is already on its way down unfortunately. But I still feel generally safe here.

Ah ok, I think I may of gotten the houses mixed up then. I was thinking of the "yard of the month" folks...really yard of the month in January?

I feel perfectly safe here as well but I do feel like the neighborhood will continue to decline...which is really sad b/c there are plenty of people who take pride in their homes here.
