hello from California - I have looked at houses in Norman and area for quite a long time on
www.openhouseOK.com and find the houses built 30 years agao or slightly longer have more land around them. Land was cheaper then I suppose. You can click on this site and see hundreds of houses in many cities and at price range all over the scale.
I was born in NORMAN, 1930. The older houses with more land are in the South West area, West of OU stadium. good luck in your search. I am at
