Hi new here to the forum, but really REALLY could use the same info goodpasture! My husband and I are relocating from Kingfisher to Ada (well Allen really if we can but rental property is very slim pickin's there) so we can take care of my husbands father. My husband's aunt is on the city council in Allen and there have been, MAYBE, three houses in 6 months there for rent and each time they are only for rent for a day or two. So, Ada is our second option.

We have to be out of our present home on July 12th, and we too are looking for something in a GOOD neighborhood for less than $600 a month. We have two small children so a good neighborhood is a must and since we live two hours away we cannot drive down there on a whim to search. So, my problem is that all the houses I have found in the Evening News are pretty much 'site unseen' to us and yet if we don't pay a deposit that day they are always gone the next.

If you could help I would be very greatful. Pictures of any properties would be appreciated as well. Thanks to ANYONE who can help.

Welcome to the forum! Click on this link to send a "Direct Message" to Goodpasture... //www.city-data.com/forum/priva...newpm&u=158323

Throughout most of Oklahoma the Real Estate companies also handle all of the rentals... The others are usually advertised by a sign in front of the house which DOES make it very hard to find a place if you aren't local.

Good Luck! Hope GP can help.
