What was your choice of meat this year for your X-Mas festivities Din Din? Ours was "Roast Beef", yum yum.

We went for Roast Beef and all the fixins also. Now for New Year's Day I "always" have roasted pork, sauerkraut, dumplings, and black-eyed peas. My dad always said black-eyed peas bring good luck if eaten on New Year's Day. Well hmmmm...still waiting for that but will continue the tradition, besides I love those things. They call them black-eyes peas but they are really beans.

Well, shoot. That's been your problem! Black eyed peas, yeah, but there's a few other things to mix in. It's called Hoppin' John.
