Here are some more likely scenarios.

- Property being potentially over priced for rental or purchase.

- Bad location.

- Location ill suited to other types of businesses.

yeah, the only reason the economy "improved" is Obama made sure people made less and taxed us into trillions in debt.

How could one person be so wrong?

Obama wants to raise the minimum wage to $9.00 per hour.

By the way, you don't tax yourself into debt. Taxes are revenue, which lower the deficit. Tax cuts are what get you deficits and debt.

it was when the media was forced to report on it after so many blogs and news sites online were reporting on it.

same with the IRS scandal

and hopefully this also will soon be a media story

?Monsanto Protection Act? might be repealed in Senate ? RT USA

Uhh, no. The media reports on what gets viewers. As the polling shows, most Americans think the IRS/Benghazi thing have been way oversold by the right wings and as such they moved on.

Doubt it. The protests already happened. Oh, and there is a thread in the politics section where I and a handful of other posters completely dismantled the "Monsanto/GMO food is evil" nonsense. You can check it out if you want.

Taxes don't lower the deficit when spending is increasing. Spending is what gets you deficits and debt.

That might be true on an utterly simplistic level, but not at the practical level. You're going to get a deficit anytime tax revenue is less than spending levels.
