No. First off, motions and formation shifts are beneficial when a blitz is coming as it forces the defense to declare their intentions pre-snap. Second, the Omaha cadence in that context is done when the play clock is running out.

And I have the actual Patriots playbook to prove it.

Not true. He yells out Pawnee City when the clock is running out. It's time to Git R Done.

I really could care less what city name Payton Manning yells out. When he brings his vast wealth to Omaha, starts some new charity etc, then that will be newsworthy.

The only Payton on my mind is sweet little Payton Benson, the 5 year old child struck and killed by a stray bullet as she was eating breakfast. RIP little angel.

Why should anyone other than Peyton Manning have a claim on Peyton Mannings wealth? He worked hard to earn it, and he sacrificed to avoid spending it. Anyone who thinks they deserve money they didn't earn is a looter/thief.

It is shamefull and embarrassing how the Omaha Media is pawing and foaming at the mouth over this.

It just proves that Omaha is a small town trying to soak up any publicity it can get it's hands on.

No one outside the city limits can give two shakes about this.
