LOL - Charles, love the traffic pics! Yes, my husband does pretty well in traffic. We used to live not too long ago in San Luis Obispo County and would travel through the LA/SD area on occasion. He used to do the Fairfield CT/NY commute so knows what it's like, but at least in LA you don't have the weather related problems and the hordes of trucks that are on 95. Fortunately, I won't be commuting as it would drive me out of my mind!

Mission Viejo-I live here now with my family of 5 and it is wonderful. Schools are excellent, you can now get a darling 1600+ sq foot home 3 bed/2 1/2 bath for 419,000 in an excellent neighborhood. The lake is stunning and FUN. Mission Viejo is all family all the time. Folks are friendly, takes a year or two to get to know them, just jump right in.
