I used to live in Orange County and have recommended a few people and all have had great experiences. It is in Fullerton. Commonwealth and Euclid.

I use Ambassador Automotive, at 4730 E Wesley Dr (near La Palma and Lakeview) in Anaheim (not near Disneyland, but in what is called the "Canyon"). They are honest and do good work. Only bummer is they're not open weekends, but there is an AVIS rental office nearby if you need to rent a car while your work is being done. Their number is 714-970-2525.
Hope this helps, but Orange County is a pretty big area.
