Do Anaheim and Santa Ana have full gamut of income levels?

Meaning, do both towns have a wealthy side of town, a middle income side of town, and a lower income side of town?

An example is Yonkers NY. It is often associated with lower income urbanity, but little do people know, half the city area is quite well off/wealthy.

I have driven through Anaheim, and Santa Ana prior to pandemic. Both towns looked very clean and nice. Perhaps maybe the infrastructure is newer. I not hear terribly bad things before going there. However I do remember hearing passing references such as many public school students requiring free lunches, higher crime rates compared to beach towns/cities etc etc.

Yes, they are both larger cities with a variety of income levels and demographics. The wealthy area of Floral Park in Santa Ana is nothing at all like the lower income area around Fairhaven. Anaheim Hills is beautiful and luxurious; Anaheim around the 57/91 interchange is a dump.
