It sometimes comes as a shock to people that both men and women can go topless in public places in Oregon. Indecent exposure is limited to display of the genitals. It is also a crime to interfere with a breast feeding woman, so if that offends you, go elsewhere.
Skinny dipping totally nude is legal almost anywhere, with a few minor restrictions. Stay out of sight of paved highways and if others are there first you have to get their permission.

There are two traditional nude public beaches in the Portland area. Straying from those areas without clothing that covers the privates is frowned upon.

Oregon; least moral and most politically corrupt state in the west.

Add to this a culture that encourages intolerance for opposing viewpoints to the entrenched liberal, enviro-wacko, eco-terrorist, anti-business, homocentric, pro-marijuana, anti-Christian entrenched Democratic one-party state that is run today by the same Goldschmidt-era criminals who have broken Oregon.
My family is fifth-generation pioneer farm stock with roots here. We don't want to leave, but how are we to raise our babies in this upside down, un-palatable culture led by miscreants? It seemingly gets worse every day; that is why we are looking to move to Utah, Arizona or Jalisco.
I know, the liberals will say don't let the door hit us in the arse. However, you eventually will miss our outrageously high personal and business taxes.
More 'contributors' will eventually move from Oregon, leaving the 'entitlement' class to cannibalize itself once the sex shows are over.

No offense but shoving your private parts in front of my children (if I had any) or myself, I think violates my own freedom, as I don't want my children or myself to be exposed to your form of expression.
