Are there any black churches in Klamath Falls?

Google is being unhelpful. I found references to the Beulah Baptist Church, but when I tried to verify it's location nothing came up. K-Falls has less then 200 African Americans in it's population though, so my guess is if it does have one, it's very small and likely held in someone's home.

Unfortunately the guy I went to college with bailed from Klamath Falls as fast as possible, so he'd be unhelpful.

Not only are there few blacks in K-Falls, like most Oregonians they have minimal interest in churches.

I know what you mean about Google. I knew my search results would result in nothing because of the small Black population; hence my post here.

K, I'm not sure you're going to find any in Medford, either, but, population-wise it'd be a better bet. The entire Klamath Falls/Klamath County population is around 60,000, the Jackson County + Josephine County population is around 250,000.

Oregon is not segregated. There are a few Black only churches in Portland, and even Salem and Eugene, or there was, but I think they are gone now. In Oregon your race or color does not govern which church you attend. And I disagree with Larry as the small town of Dallas has a very large number of churches. The coastal areas are somewhat un-churched though.

K Falls has very few blacks. There are no black churches. That said, it is a friendly town.

My question was very general in nature. I failed to frame my question in the context of worship style.

I've attended churches that do not believe in the use of musical instruments. I've attended churches where men and women are segregated. I've attended churches that have and do not have elders. I've attended churches that believe in gender-based roles.

I'm a recent transplant from the South (as in the American South). I am just trying to find ways of making friends.

Why would you only want to make friends with just blacks? I'd think you'd make more friends if you didn't care what color the outside of an individual was.
