I think you can find that price range. I landscaped a house on 12th St. about 7 years ago, that was two stories, nicely decorated with multiple tvs and vcrs and 2 blocks from the beach. Seems they rented at $350 a day in peak season. But I don't remember their name. They had two or three houses and had a company manage it. Not sure if they had high-speed internet or not. One house was single level and half the size. Anyhow, the big one was big enough for 2 full families.

I haven't checked to see if they have any in Seaside, but we've stayed in the yurts in other beach locations and it was wonderful! Only $66/night, very clean, hot showers, right on the beach trails.
