I know there is a modest tax credit for the Oregon plan.

I use the Nevada plan which is the one run by Vanguard. The only real difference between it and Utah is that you have a more full featured web site (the Vanguard web site) to use for transactions, redemptions, etc. Last time I checked, the fees were comparable.

I haven't looked seriously at the OR plan because as a WA resident I wouldn't have access to the tax deduction, which is only on your state income taxes, not your Federal. OR can't refund or deduct Federal taxes.
