They look nice, but that area is deceiving. It's close to a bad area and crime drifts over to there. I just wouldn't recommend living near Millenia.

As a guy if you mind your own business I wouldn't worry about living out there. Just don't show up driving a BMW or something. If you're driving a '03 toyota or ford and just doing your own thing you should be fine.

I wouldn't suggest a single woman live there though nor would I suggest raising kids there.

Has that area gotten more dangerous since Mall of Millennia came along or less? You would think it would be getting better...the area next to the mall looks like it has been bad for some time.

The area itself looks nice, the problem is there's zero border between the bad areas directly surrounding it.

Fountains were in the news not that long ago when a woman was attacked by the pool area in this complex. The complex is also has income guidelines to live there as well
