I am starting my new job at Disney Animation Studios next month and wanted some rental suggestions. I can afford up to $1800 per month and looking for a family friendly area and a great school district for my 7 year old.

I will be working at the Disney Animation building which is in the backlot of the Hollywood Studios. From many of the old discussion threads here, it is apparent that Dr.Phillips and Windemere are the most desirable areas for raising a family.

That said, I have found a lot of homes with pools( something I'd like to have if possible ) in Davenport and Claremont areas. I appreciate if you can chime in on the quality of life and elementary schools those cities as well.

Much appreciated.

Stick to Dr. Phillips and Windermere. They're much better areas with much better schools. Windermere is a bit quieter overall, so if you'd like to be closer to shopping/restaurants/entertainment, I would go with Dr. Phillips.

Thank you for your suggestion. How about Winter Garden? It looks like it has bigger( and better ) rentals compared to Windermere. I'd like your opinion on quality of schools in Winter Garden, and what the commute would be like to WDW area.

Thanks again.
