Looking for rental homes for Winter Gardens, Dr. Phillips or Windermere. Any suggestions or advice would be great! Would like 3 bedroom, 2 bath, minimum 1800 sq ft. Rent could probably be up to $2400/month, possibly more. Would like a pool, fenced yard, pets allowed, high ceilings & good school systems!

Me too, although I could wait a few more weeks as I'm going to have corporate housing for some more time. I found quite a number of listings in Realtor.com. Good luck!

Go on craigslist and look in Independence Subdivision in Winter Garden or Summport which are both really nice areas and have good school systems. They are both located within Windermere but have Winter Garden addresses. You can definitely get something for the price your willing to pay in those areas.

Have A client closing on a 5/3/2 + bonus room, 3000+ sq ft home in Lakes of Windermere (with TONS of upgrades) that should be renting for <$1900/mo. No private pool, but just a block from the community amenity center with pool, tennis, volleyball courts. Yard is fenced, 9ft+ ceilings at least, previous poster mentioned the school system. Not sure if owner would allow pets, depends on what kind and breed I would guess.
Likely will be available in early to mid August. If interested I can get you in contact with the property manager he'll be going through.
