Very interesting link I found in Jacksonville forum. Not surprisingly most of the population growth in outlying areas but check out the changing demographics of each area. Very interesting tool.

It's interesting to see a particular neighborhood in Lake Mary that has lost nearly 1/4 it's population in 10 years. I would attribute that to foreclosures as much of the neighborhood was/is in the Lower Middle Income brackets. Also interesting is the 29% jump in Hispanic residents within the same neighborhood. I wonder if that's also a contributing factor as it's well documented the numbers of Whites who flee an increase in that demographic. I find it fascinating how changing demographics and the general population views of the changes perpetuates sprawl.
