I have been accepted on a offer in the Lakeside Reserve Community home which me and my family loved. We both lived in the Central Florida for most of our lives. I grew up in volusia county and my wife in Orlando. We currently live in Altamonte Springs. But I never heard of the Lockhart neighborhood. I'm looking for a safe area to raise my family in. The other day after leaving after my home inspection I had left in the opposite direction thru the rear of the community and noticed that the surrounding rear neighborhood looked a bit rough.

When we first put our offer in thought the area would be nice since it was outside of maitland. By the way it has an Orlando address & zip code is 32810.

I need some feedback on this area by LAKESIDE RESERVE LN & MAGNOLIA HOMES RD.

I was looking for info on this area and I came across your post. Since this was back in 2011, I was wondering if you decided to go ahead and if you like the area. We are looking in this particular neighborhood.

Thanks!
