Hi all,

my son will be two in about two weeks - this close to christmas I'm not trying to spend $ doing the party thing so I was wondering what might be a nice place to take him, that won't break my pockets. It will just be him and my 4 year-old cousin. I can't think of anywhere that has play areas aside from Chuckie Cheese - which we go to often anyway, Any suggestions?

Thanks

For less than $15 each you could take them to Fun Spot on I-drive. There is an area just for little ones. I took my son there for his 3rd birthday and it was a ton of fun. Look for coupons and you can probably get a better deal than that.

Also, there is Green Meadows petting zoo here in Kissimmee and kids 2 and under are free! It is so much fun - they will get to ride a pony, milk a cow, take a hay ride and train ride.

Hope this helps!

there is also some inside inflatable parks with the moonwalks and slides that have sections suitable for his age. There are a few of them around town but I can only remember one name, IPEX i believe is the name of one of them in Altamonte Springs off of 436 near 17-92. you would have to call for prices. There is also one in Apopka crazy monkey i believe.

Birthday World Family Fun Center in Altamonte Springs is a great place for families and kids. They offer fantastic party packages with so much to do for the kids. They are entertained for hours! They are also open to the public 7 days a week so you can bring the kids to come and play everyday of the week. www.birthdayworldorlando.com (http://www.birthdayworldorlando.com - broken link) for more details and pictures!

I think the Orlando Science Center has some things geared towards pre-K.
