My wife and I are looking at a house and on the Volusia County Property Appraiser site it has under "Land Data" and "Type of Land Use" a discription of "IMP NAT AREA FR". Does anyone know how to decode that. I google searched for a legend or key to explain what these codes mean and couldn't find one. I'm guessing "IMP" means Improved but does "NAT" mean Natural, and "FR" mean Front? And if so, what does Improved Natural Area Front mean? I know that Improved means it has a structure on it. Does NAT put any restrictions on developing the property?
