I was thinking abt living at the glen at cagan crossing for a couple of years until Im done with school and have higher stable income. I ve checked the cheapest apt I found in lake nona for one bedroom is abt 960 per month so it's a 100 dollar more then the glen at cagan crossing im not sure but whichever I can get approved for I'll go there and I'm also thinking abt new tampa area since some of the apt there are a bit cheaper then orlando by 150 or something ..
New Tampa is quite nice, that's where I lived for a long time. New area with lots of restaurants and shops within a small radius. But New Tampa is pricey for what you get, IMO. So I wouldn't go choosing an entirely different city based off a small price differential. Decide on what city you actually want to be in, and go from there.

Yes, there is part of CC that has income restrictions, but they aren't letting someone in just because they are below the income limits. A friend of mine tried to get in there a few moths ago, and she was turned down because she would have been spending about 35% of her income on rent. She has good credit, has worked at the same job for three years, but doesn't make a lot of money.

Gotcha. I wasn't sure how that worked. I figured that employment would be a must, credit would be very likely, but not sure if they also were persnickety about rent to income ratios and such.
