Does anyone know of any specific townhome/patio home/villa communities in Seminole County, such as Casselberry, Lake Mary, Sanford, etc. that will allow more than two pets? I'm specifically interested in any that are very pet friendly for cats and dogs that would of course be vaccinated/indoor/quiet. This would be for a homeowner, not a renter. The area looks beautiful but im not moving all the way from Texas without my fur family

Just so people know what to look for, how many more than two are you talking about? (There was a case recently about 114 cats found in a house in Volusia County, and while I'm sure that's not what you're talking about, you never know in this world!)

Excellent point EditorJul....in my case it would probably be 3-5 due to combining households, but im more interested in knowing the max any particular community that someone knows of would take if anyone has had an experience with this issue

As far as I know townhome/patio home/villa communities typically don't have such limits implemented and defer to municipal, county or state laws I believe. Since all of yours are indoor and quiet I cannot imagine any issues unless you happen upon one of the more strict 55+ or condominium communities as 3 to 5 pets (inclusive of cats I'm assuming) isn't extreme by most measures.
