So, I know the rental market is through the roof in Oviedo. And it probably has a lot to do with the college and many students sharing living accommodations, so people can charge whatever they want.
Does anyone know if landlords are more forgiving or less greedy when it come to a regular family with children? 4 br home rates are ridiculous.

Looking for a 4 br home in a nice family neighborhood for about $16-1700 a month if possible. Can go up to $1900 if it has a pool. But I'm looking for a family friendly area, not a bunch of houses with 8 cars in the driveways to accommodate all of the students living there. Thanks.

Anyone know of someone renting their home that may be interested? LOL
