We are a young couple with a 5 year old boy. We're thinking about moving into Southchase. But while driving around alittle i noticed something. There where no Company Cars, I'm just wondering are they not allowed? I'm asking becouse i drive one with letting on it. but i do have a van cover for it. Would anyone know if they're allowed or can i have a cover over it? Any help would be nice, Thank you

I'm pretty sure the Southchase homeowners association does not allow cars/trucks with company lettering. The reason I know this is that I sold my house in Southchase in February, and I just received a letter stating that I can't park a commercial vehicle in my driveway in Southchase. I believe the people who purchased our house have a big commercial truck of some sort, as they mentioned it once when we were talking to them before moving, and the letter was erroneously addressed to me instead of them (so it was forwarded to my new address here in Olympia, WA). In addition to this letter, I also received a letter from Orange County Code Enforcement complaining about a dual-wheeled truck in the driveway. So I guess that's not allowed either. (For those wondering, I've since contacted both organizations so proper notification can be sent to the current owners.)

As for covering it up, I don't really know. I'd suggest giving the homeowners association (World of Homes) a call. Since I have the notice here, I can give you the number: 407-770-1748
