Per census data analysis, an average of 137 people were moving to Orlando every day as of 2018. I'll be one of them in a few weeks!

This will be pretty close to my house, maybe like 10 minutes max. $1 billion project is pretty big for Orlando considering it isn't theme park related.

Eh... I’m not the biggest fan of this thing... More giant open air parking lots, more car-centric locations, and essentially looks like it’s going to be just another run-of-the-mill retail complex, which we have tons of already. Boring....

It will include the area's first Portillo's and the state's first White Castle. They're also making a strong push to bring Eataly to the center, which also would be new to the area. The developer (Unicorp) brought the first Trader Joe's, Shake Shack, and Yard House to Central FL. They have a strong reputation of bringing new to market concepts into their projects that are certainly not run-of-the-mill.

Right. I'm aware... I'm just not a fan of the overall layout.
I'm currently working on a few projects directly in that area as we speak. I just do not like those giant open-air parking lots. Waste of space in an already sprawly city.

I'd be so happy if we get Eataly, that's NYC level stuff right there
