There is another thread on interracial couples that you may want to peruse. I think you will find people in Orlando and most of Florida very open to interracial couples. Orlando is not your traditional southern city because the population is made up of a lot of people like you and myself who moved here! I do not have any specific recommendations on kosher food or salons for you, but I am sure you can get those answers on this forum. People are pretty helpful, welcome to the area!

Odd that you'd have 'issues' in Atlanta... I find Atlanta (Atlanta. not Georgia) to be way more progressive than most of FL, save maybe SE FL.

It wasn't that terrible...we just kind of got harassed a little when going out one night. Still, I've never even thought that would be an issue anywhere less a few REALLY racially homogenous places.
