I'm looking to buy a condo for my son and am not familiar with Orlando's good and bad neighborhoods.

Will this be a decent area to live? It looks good to me when checking google street, but I just wanted to check with you locals.

Thanks

No. Sometimes, Orlando can fake you out with the good landscaping and such.

Not a good area. Those condos look great and have some nice amenities inside of them but it's not good once you leave.

Unless he works at the jail or owns a bail bonds store.

What area does he work or go to school in? We can probably give you better guidance that way.

Terrible area. As in, lots of drug activity, prostitution, violent crime, etc.
Don’t move there.

If doable for work/school I would recommend in that under 100K bracket checking out Altamonte Springs. There's a good number of options there and much safer as well as desirable. https://www.zillow.com/homes/Altamonte-Springs,-FL_rb/

What Kyle said...

30 years I rolled into town and almost signed a lease in this part of town because of the price. Then I went to Altamonte....same price but on a lake with well kept pools and minimal crime. Every condo is run differently but the part of town you are asking about is definitely bad news.
