I know where they are. It's a decent area on the Ocoee/Winter Garden border off Maguire just south of the turnpike. It's not in Windermere, seveal miles away, actually. I don't know anything else about them but they are gated and look well kept by the looks as I drive by.

I live right near Key Isle - they just completed a brand new phase -- they look lovely and have security -- the gate is always closed. Would take you 20 min or so to get to disney -- you can take the 429 if you want to pay (toll road) there is NEVER any traffic on it!
