I'm a single mother looking to relocate to the Orlando area with my 6 year old daughter and 68 year old father. I have been checking out some of the apt complexes online and they seem very nice and affordable-are they for real? Also, any input on schools is appreciated. I would be looking to rent a 2 bedroom for myself and daughter and a 1 bedroom or studio in the same complex for my father. Commute is not an issue although my father will want to get a job to keep busy at some point. I'm mostly interested in a quiet neighborhood, family friendly and safe. Thanks!!

Here's the deal.... Pictures can be REALLY deceiving...
There are alot of NICE looking apartment complexes nestled inside of some of the WORST neighborhoods in Orlando.
If you ask us about SPECIFIC apartment complexes, we may be able to give you some better direction

I don't know about the apartments mentioned, but I have never heard of a bad apartment complex in Lake Mary. Typically that area is all nice.
