We may all try to make the move one of these years. Any nice neighborhoods in between those two areas? Is Winter Garden nice for families with kids?

I don't think I've asked this question yet (but it's starting to all run together lol).

Thanks again for any input!

Stoneybrook West is in Winter Garden and probably the closest community to Clermont. It's also one of the nicest communities in Winter Garden. Definitley stay south of Route 50.

There are also some Beautiful new subdivisions, in Winter Garden, along 535, below Highway 50, going toward the new Shopping Center.

I'd look more at Clermont. Winter Garden (imo) isnt that great. There are some nice areas/subdivisions, but as a whole, not sure it can compare to Clermont.

You can split the difference and try Deer Island in the Oakland area.

Deer Island is all single family homes, and not inexpensive ones at that, just an FYI.

Yeah, it is pretty pricey in there. The cheapest house currently is a 4/4 2584 Sq. Ft pool house for $294,900.
