Greg, a slight correction. 34714 (the southwest corner of unincorporated Lake County that most people refer to as south Clermont) also has short-term rentals. It is NOT part of the City of Clermont, which prohibits short-term rentals. The "City" of Clermont extends past the downtown Clermont area south to Lake Louisa, North to Minneola, west to Groveland, and east to Hancock (all rough). So often when people say "clermont" referring to the area of Lake County near Four Corners, it might have one of the Clermont zips, but it is NOT technically part of "the City of Clermont" which is not at all a tourist area.

Thanks for the extra info on clermont Annerk...

Not sure what the correction was, didn't mention clermont or lake county. Last business I did in Lake was years ago when I was in Commercial real estate so not familiar enough with that county to make any recommendations or insights on it other than I love all the Hills out that way!

I thought you were listing the areas that allow short-term rentals, and wanted to point out that a small part of unincorporated Lake County does as well...
