i have been reading about your negative comments about poinciana. i have moved here two yrs. ago and i like it. the houses are nice its quiet and peacefull. patrolled good by the sherriffs;and guess what i dont speak spanish i<m not p.r. i shop at the walmart and everything has been fine here for me. i plan on living here a long time and be happy. sorry everyone else didnt feel that way.

thinking about buying a home near cypress hwy in Poinciana and they seem to be cheap than most homes in that area. Can anyone who lives near there tell me about the area and are they selling cheap because they lost the homes or is it because the land seems to be wet, lots of temites, and I hear it is near a dumping ground which is very toxic? Please send me any info you can give cause we are seriously thinking of buying.... Thank you

Which one? As has been reported, 6:00 am. Then there is 11:00 am
and then 3:00 pm which goes on til about 6:00 pm. Traffic is fairly steady from Cypress @ Marigold to Pleasant Hill and north on John Young into Kissimmee.
My wife tavels it eveyday to the Osceola Regional Medical Center. It's about a 12 mile commute that takes her about 30 minutes. It seems to lessen once school is out.

i have been reading about your negative comments about poinciana. i have moved here two yrs. ago and i like it. the houses are nice its quiet and peacefull. patrolled good by the sherriffs;and guess what i dont speak spanish i<m not p.r. i shop at the walmart and everything has been fine here for me. i plan on living here a long time and be happy. sorry everyone else didnt feel that way.
