Anyone have suggestions for searching for rentals in Orlando?

I've tried the Sentinel, Craigslist, Hotpads, Olde Town Brokers, Rent.com and driving around, but am curious if there is something else out there?

I'm wanting to move near downtown or just N/NE of it towards UCF in June.

What are you trying to rent? An apartment? House? Room?

A small house/cottage, or 2 bedroom duplex would be nice. An apartment in a small complex if I can't find the first two. I'm looking in the $800-$900 range. Nothing fancy, just quiet, safe, with central air.

Thanks

I've seen commercials for All American Property Management (All American Property Management - Orlando) on TV.

They have a one bedroom apartment at Unversity Drive/436. Easy to go to UCF yet close to downtown/Winter Park.

It should be fairly easy to find a place to rent with just about any resource since so many are currently vacant. You should also find a good deal with some discounts or move in specials.
