Hi,

I just moved down here this week and we drove through Groveland cause we are interested in the Clermont area and we were looking for a skatepark that is located in Groveland. From the outside looking in, if you like Windermere that much (I am also considering this) I'm not sure you will like Groveland. To tell you the truth I only got to the town and it looked a little seedy to me. There was only one community that you mentioned that looked really nice but the rest of it will not compare to what you are looking at in Windermere. I'm also not saying this to offend anyone but I'm just telling you from what I saw, I'm not sure I would pick that area myself. Just my opinion.

Annerk...I do realize this is a very old post but do you know what's happened with the lawsuit? How much would this deficit affect a homeowner.
