I am looking for a town home in the Orlando (preferably Metrowest) area. Our Realtor keeps sending us places in Villa Capri in Metrowest. I have researched the place online and it seems like practically every place in there is for sale or foreclosed. I know this is not that unusual in these economic times but it seem like many many more places than other communities we have looked are on the market. I also heard that the closer to Kirkman RD you live in Mertowest the more crime there is and this community it practically on Kirkman...
