Today's Peeve Of The Day, Monday 27th June. (sidewalk, street, people)

Good morning peevers and welcome to the new week.

Yesterday was the perfect English summer's day and today is set to be hot and humid- we'll see.

I was puzzled when I went into various towns and looked at the sidewalk and saw these patches all over the place. It took me a while to realise what they were. Maybe you encounter it- let us know, because today's peeve is;

Chewing gum discarded on the sidewalk.

Oh yeah this one gets me Jezer. Man I hate that crap! You step on gum in Texas it's a hot gooey mess in the summer. Raise your foot up and the streamers are everywhere... what a mess!

I actually hate all litter. It drives me crazy to see gum, cigarette butts, spit, or any kind of trash on the ground. Man can really mess things up and make it ugly.

The thing is, what kind of a person would do that? It's the same thing as when someone tosses trash out of their car...It's kind of like they are lifting their leg on the rest of us.

One of my biggest disgusting peeves. And most of the crap is by the entry doors, or right by your car door when you park.

Haven't stepped in chewing gum for a long time, all litter is a peeve of mine!!

Gum and spit.......gross..and some people actually walk the streets in bare feet where you can pick up all kinds of nasty cooties......yuck!!!

Litter bugs in general drive me up the wall. I wish they'd get fined then have to perform several hundred hours of community service cleaning up other people's litter.

So disgusting. All people need to do, is find a garbage can. I suspect as others have suggested that people like this litter wherever they want without consideration for others. Great peeve...
