Today's Question(s):

Last things that might of had you saying

"Well this is going to be as exciting as "watching paint dry" ? I don't remember the last time. I do remember when we only had one TV and my wife wanted to watch her novella. I am not into soaps and I am really not into Mexican Soaps. Especially since back then my Spanish was non existant.

Last things that you thought would be as exciting as "watching paint dry" but turned out to be a lot more interesting/fun ? It turns out that those novellas have some really nice looking woman in them. My wife banned me from watching one of those shows. It was one that she wasn't keeping up with but I would watch it. She asked me why I was watching it without her since I didn't speak Spanish. I told her that with this show you don't need to know Spanish to like it. After watching it with me I was told that maybe I should change the channel. LOL

Bonus Question:
It's swimming pool day, which means we get to talk about them

Last time you were in a Pool ? 2nd of July at a pool party.

Do you have a pool ? No

Closest pool to your home ? Not sure if any of the neighbors have one or not.

Would you rather:
Swim laps ? I love to swim laps in the high school or college pool
or
Float around on a float ? At a home pool it is so much more fun to just have fun

Just for Fun:

On a scale of 1 to 10, how would you rate your
Etch-A-Sketch skills ? I know how to make the thing move. I am not that great at it other than making stuff that looks like something. I can spell on it.

Today's Question(s):

Last things that might of had you saying

"Well this is going to be as exciting as "watching paint dry" ?
I say that every time I am on a plane for 6 to 9 hours. I probably thought it while attending a meeting a couple months ago in Anchorage.

Last things that you thought would be as exciting as "watching paint dry" but turned out to be a lot more interesting/fun ?
Hmmmmmm...It has been a long time since I disappointed myself by having fun when I just knew it was not going to be fun

Bonus Question:

It's swimming pool day, which means we get to talk about them

Last time you were in a Pool ?

44 years ago. Was in Oklahoma City.

Do you have a pool ?

Nope

Closest pool to your home ?

2 blocks from my house

Would you rather:
Swim laps ?
or
Float around on a float ?
Can I hang out at the poolside bar instead?

Just for Fun:

On a scale of 1 to 10, how would you rate your
Etch-A-Sketch skills ?
I do not think "1" is a low enough number to properly represent my Etch-A-Sketch skills

Last things that you thought would be as exciting as "watching paint dry" but turned out to be a lot more interesting/fun ? Hmmmm... Using City Data?

Bonus Question:

Last time you were in a Pool ? - I was at a Pool table.. does that count?

Do you have a pool ? - I had this one, but it got repossessed..

Closest pool to your home ? - My neighbor's(???)

Would you rather:
Swim laps ? - It's this, unless you mean Lapse, then it's a little tough to swim with a memory lapse... What are we talking about again?
or
Float around on a float ? - I floated one time, but it wasn't on water, it was something I smoked... - Just kidding.

Just for Fun:

On a scale of 1 to 10, how would you rate your
Etch-A-Sketch skills ? - Etch a who? Actually, I remember those when I was a kid, but I never had one, so on a scale from 1 to 10, I'd give myself ... a -10, that's a minus 10.. Hey, it's better than a minus 20...

Bloggle

Well, Mrs. Tek got sick, too. Luckily hers was fairly short lived and not as violent as mine. I'm still in and out of feeling okay then feeling like crap. It is definitely the flu or something like it, not food poisoning.

Weird year. I haven't had a cold or the flu for about four years and I get both this year.

Grass!!! The grass I planted
out front two weeks ago tomorrow is going gangbusters! The seed I planted out back last Wednesday is starting to pop through the Curlex. It's been raining enough I've not had to water, and it's supposed to rain off and on the next two days. Then it's back into the dangerous heat indexes.

Everyone have a great evening!
